questions, and unfortunately, there is no direct answer. The best I
could say is, "it depends."
It depends on a lot of factors such as: your locality, materials used,
type of construction, etc. Your locality decides your labour cost,
transportation cost and material cost. Local rules and regulations also
would affect your construction cost. The materials you use and the
nature of construction are the other deciding factors.
