The plans given here are for guidance only. When you adopt a plan for your site, the primary requirement is that the plan 'fits' the plot. If it doesn't fit, you will not be able to use the plan without modifications.
You will have to get the help of an authorized engineer or architect to prepare layout plan, section, elevation, etc. and then submit to the local authorities for obtaining a building licence. This procedure may vary depending on where you plan to construct the house. Generally, the procedures are more complex in Corporation areas and much easier in Panchayats.
Plans given below are classified according to their living areas. The area mentioned consider only living spaces and excludes spaces like garage, stairs, and decks. All rooms are assumed to have a height of 10ft. (3m). The elevation provided if any is only indicative and can change when constructed.
PLAN 1 | 3BHKS | 1750sqft.
This is a two storey house with 3 Bedroom, Hall, Kitchen, Study, [3BHKS] and garage. Total living area is 1750Sqft. This house has a narrow frontage and so is suitable for construction in narrow plots.
